Development of an integrated system solution of mobility to urban traffic for the Department of Public Works (SEOPC) of the city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The solution enables real-time management of 252 crossings provided with traffic lights with priority to pedestrian traffic. Pioneering and innovative, this solution makes use of the concepts of mobility and smart city, considered a model for Central America and the Caribbean.
